1. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Products must not be expired or damaged due to customer mishandling.

Note: For health and safety reasons, opened mushroom extracts, powders, or capsules cannot be returned.

2. How to request a return?

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at infopuream@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the damaged or incorrect product

We will replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • We recommend using trackable shipping for returns to ensure it reaches us safely.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened mushroom powders or capsules
  • Expired products
  • Gift cards
